If Manshaa is not notified of these issues prior to you returning your item; we will not refund your purchase. Please note that returns must be sent back within a week of receiving the item.
Your products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. This includes any boxes and garment bags as well. We strictly do not accept returns on items if the tags were removed, as well as if its not in it's original packaging.
Please note that your return is subject to additional fees or will be returned back to you if it is returned in any condition other than what it was delivered in. Damages include but are not limited to: stains, missing items, broken closures, rips, broken zipper, etc.
